Some people are fortunate enough to make the right choice the first time. However, others go through all sorts of trial and error before they succeed or simply give up and succumb to their circumstances.

I have had the privilege of working as a teacher, human resources professional and Industrial Psychologist in both the private and public sectors.  My observation of an overwhelming need for career guidance, counseling and talent management amongst school goers, career professionals and in organisations comes from my exposure in these environments.

Through the natural evolution of my career, moving from one role to the next, one career to another, I have accumulated knowledge, experience, skills and resources to enable me to perform work that truly resonates with me, namely, the development of the human potential.
